Enter the 2019 FENWICK’s Bristol Bikefest here. 

You can enter the event in two ways:

Online entry

Enter and pay via our secure online entry facility and follow the instructions on screen.

You can pay with credit or debit cards. There will be a small transaction fee added to your online entry at the end of the entry process.

Paper entry

Please fill in the form in and send it together with your cheque to the address on the entry form. Once we have received your entry form and your cheque we will send you a confirmation by email or post.

You will receive all further details including number board, timing chip etc when you sign on at the registration.


Cancellations and day entries:

If you need to cancel up to a week before the event then you will get your entry fee minus a £5 handling fee back.

If you have to cancel in the week leading up to the event then we will not be able to pay your entry fee back.

Your entry is transferable to another person up to the day of registration.

Registration:

Registration opens at 8:00 am on Saturday (29th June).

Riders can register in the event marquee in the event village near to the start line.

Entry on the day:

There are no entries on the day for Bikefest.

Event declaration:

NOTE: Please make sure you read and understand the event declaration. By clicking through to the online entry you accept the declaration and the terms and conditions of the events. Please make sure that you read all the instructions on the ‘online entry’ page before you start the entry process.

Declaration: I hereby apply to participate in the non-competitive BRISTOL BIKEFEST MOUNTAIN BIKE RACE 2019. I accept and agree that neither the Organisers, nor their agent, Officials, the Landowner, Sponsors and fellow riders shall be liable in any way, or in any circumstances for any damage, injury or loss to me or to my party that may occur during, in connection with, or as a result of taking part in the event(s).

I understand to abide by the rules of the promoter. I agree that I participate in the event entirely at my own risk and that I am of sound mind and body, that I will ride within my capabilities and that the cycle I will ride in the event is in good working order and properly maintained. Helmets are mandatory.

If you are entering the Kids category please make sure that your Parent/Guardian reads and gives their full consent to your participation in BRISTOL BIKEFEST 2019. Also please have your Parent/Guardian with you when you sign on at the events and make sure that they accompany you on the ride.

E-bike: 
Only regulated (maximum assisted speed of 25km/h / motor limited to a max. of 250 Watts) can participate in the event. We will check every bike and will disqualify every bike/rider who is not riding within the aforementioned limits.

We will not be held responsible if you ignore these simple guidelines.
